Welcome to the National Diversity Council (NDC) website. After the successful launch of the Texas Diversity Council in 2004 (501c3) the NDC was established in 2008. We are committed to cultivating a nationwide network of affiliated councils to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) by transforming our workplaces and communities into inclusive environments. DEI should be a business imperative for innovation and sustainable wealth for organizations and our communities.

As the Chief Executive Officer of the National Diversity Council, I want all of us at the NDC to serve as a resource and advocate for companies to cultivate and enhance their internal and external diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) strategies. As our organization’s global footprint expands under my leadership, we encourage companies to conduct a needs assessment, utilize training programs and promote innovation to reflect the changing demographics.
