Our virtual academies offer a deep dive into diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives to equip you with the understanding to articulate the business case and contribute to your organization’s business strategy. Blending theory and practice, our 6-hour academies are designed for team members with roles that contribute directly to DEIB efforts. As a participant, you receive an e-Certificate of Completion.

The National Diversity Council is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
