Dallas, Texas – The National Diversity Council will host the 2019 National Diversity and Leadership Conference on April 8-12, 2019 at the Hilton Anatole Hotel and the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. This year’s theme is “Inclusion: The Time is Now.” The five-day conference will feature big-name keynote speakers such as President Barack Obama, award winning actress America Ferrera, General Colin Powell, and over sixty industry experts offering insight on the importance of diversity & inclusion in the workplace. During the conference, professionals will gain access to over fifty learning sessions, twelve organizational tracks, and endless inspiration.

Two awards will be presented during this event: The Most Powerful and Influential Women Award and The Leadership Excellence Award. The Leadership Excellence Award will be presented during the mid-day luncheon on April 10, 2019. This accolade recognizes individuals from all backgrounds who are committed to fostering equality and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. America Ferrera is set to keynote the Most Powerful and Influential Women breakfast on April 11, 2019. This award highlights women that exemplify leadership by illustrating commitment to the community.
