Over the past 15 years, our Women in Leadership Symposiums (WILS) have brought together a diverse mix of women leaders. Through discussions on current and relevant issues, these events aim to educate, inspire, and encourage women to reflect on their own goals and status as they strive to advance within their organizations. Despite progress in recent years, women remain underrepresented in the C-Suite and executive leadership teams of businesses nationwide.
