Interim Executive Director Welcome
We believe in impact and opportunity. The NDC Certification Program launched in 2015 and graduated its inaugural class of 23 National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professionals (NDCCDPs). In 2022, we achieved the 1000th graduate mark. We are pleased with the accomplishments of these graduates and the contributions they – and successive generations of NDCCDPs – will make to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.
At the National Diversity Council, we have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure that our graduates receive the finest, timeliest, and most relevant knowledge available in the evolving Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) field. Our mission is to prepare you to lead successful DEIB strategies for organizational excellence and innovation in today’s global landscape.
However, that is only part of our mission. You will also expand your horizons with the knowledge you acquire, the new colleagues you meet, and the experience you gain. Our hope is that our program will put you at the forefront of this exciting and rewarding profession.
We invite you to explore how the NDC Certification Program could open new opportunities and propel your career to new heights.
Cordially,
Dawn Hooper
