Our process in a consulting engagement is to diagnose your underlying issues, recommend practical solutions, and deliver meaningful results toward an inclusive workplace culture. We have experience with clients of any size in the private, non-profit, or public sectors.

In order to establish a baseline, we review quantitative data on employee demographics, levels, attrition through a confidential review of the organization’s records and collect qualitative data on the capacity and barriers to organizational change through employee engagement surveys, interviews, or focus groups as appropriate.
