This program bridges qualified diverse talent with valuable internships at major organizations that value diversity, equity & inclusion
In our 10–12-week, paid NDC Internship Program, interns will work on major projects and showcase their skills and talents. They will have the opportunity to learn from industry-leading professionals in their internship experiences. We look for students who are ready to take on business-changing and challenging projects and gain exposure to various industry initiatives.
Our program offers an exclusive cohort leadership experience. Each intern chort member that we welcome every summer will be exposed to executive and peer networking opportunities, mentorship, career development, team project experiences, philanthropic activities, and an opportunity for future careers. As part of this program, students will interact with an elite group composed of fellow interns who are in this journey with them.
Our interns thus leave this program with the knowledge and experience of working in a team-oriented environment to deliver results and solutions that ultimately impact the bottom line through innovation and creativity.
