Participants will: ● Understand the four ways people respond to change and which one is your default response. ● Explore the connection between inclusivity and change as a leader. ● Build new perspectives and awareness about self in relation to change concepts and how this impacts leadership capabilities. ● Implement immediate action steps as an inclusive leader through transformational change initiatives.
